Lakeside Cottage
This lakeside cottage has two small bedrooms – the lakeside bedroom has a long-double bed, the street-side bedroom has two long-double beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the main room. The full kitchen features a dishwasher, and there is a dining area and one full bathroom. Guests will delight in the private dock and lakeside deck with gas grill.
Garden Studios
These street-level apartments are located in the eight-plex below 155 and 156. Each studio has a queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a full kitchen, and 12-ft. sliding glass door that opens to a patio with shared gas grills. (143 has a roll in shower with no tub, and is ADA compliant.)
Lakefront Cabanas
These cabana units are nestled underneath the larger units 141 and 142. Each contains a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. There are 12-foot, sliding glass doors that open to a lakeside patio, shared gas grill, the dock, and the lake.
North Beach Lakefront
These lakefront units have two bedrooms – one with a queen bed, one with two queen beds – and a long double bed and sofa sleeper in the living/dining/kitchen area. There is one bathroom with the toilet and lavatory in one room, the tub/shower in another room, and an extra lavatory. There is a lakeside private patio with gas grill.
Small Lakefront Apartments
These lakefront studios are similar to the Lakefront Apartments except these units have a queen bed (no sofa) and a half-size refrigerator. These units are very small.

Each lakefront studio has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper all in the one main room. Instead of a stove, these units have a two-burner cooktop. These studios overlook the lake, and sliding glass doors open to a common nonsmoking patio and walkway with shared gas grills.
Apartment 121
This lakefront, one-bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen bed and sofa sleeper in the main room. Instead of a stove, this unit has a two-burner cooktop. This unit overlooks the lake, and sliding glass doors open to a common nonsmoking patio and walkway with shared gas grills. This unit is closest to the main dock.
Lakefront Chateaus
Each chateau unit is a suite with a separate lakeside bedroom with a queen bed. There is a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living-kitchen-dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The tub/shower and toilet are each in separate rooms with the lavatory in between them. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom and the main room open up to private decks with wonderful lake views.
