South Beach Lakeside Cottage
The South Beach Lakeside Cottage is on the lake one block north of our South Beach. It has four bedrooms, one with three queen beds and three with one queen bed, three sofa sleepers in the 40-ft. living/kitchen/dining room, dishwasher in the kitchen, two complete bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub/shower), and an extra lavatory in one of the bedrooms. It has a fenced-in, lakeside yard and a private dock. Renovated in 2025.
South Beach Penthouse
Each is equipped with two separate bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and one with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. In the vaulted, main room there is a king bed with a curtain divider and a sofa sleeper. The main room also has the full kitchen with dishwasher and conference-sized dining table. These units have two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a standing shower. Each of these units has it own non-smoking lakeside deck with a gas grill, patio furniture, and a beautiful view of West Lake Okoboji.
South Beach Penthouse
This apartment has three bedrooms with king beds, four sofa sleepers (two in the living room and one in each of the larger bedrooms), dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, two full bathrooms, and an extra lavatory in the two larger bedrooms. Enjoy a great view on the non-smoking lakeside deck with patio table, chairs, and a gas grill.
South Beach Studios
Units 101-114 are located at the South Beach complex. Each unit has two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, curtain dividers, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher in the main room. These lakeside accommodations have a shared non-smoking patio or deck with shared gas grills, a picnic or patio table, and a beautiful view of the lake. These units were renovated in 2021.
North Beach Chalets
These units are located across the street from 141 and 142, and occupy the top floor of an eight-plex. These spacious units each have four bedrooms, all with queen beds, and three sofa sleepers in the vaulted main room and dining area. There is a full kitchen with island and dishwasher, two full bathrooms, two extra lavatories, and a private deck with gas grill. These upstairs apartments are accessible by stairway only.
Two-Story Cottage
This two-story cottage sits across the street from unit number 153. Upstairs there are three bedrooms – two with one queen bed, one with two queen beds – and a full bathroom. Downstairs there are two sofa sleepers in the living area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a second full bathroom, and a deck with a table, chair, gas grill & pergola.
Lakeside Duplex
These lakeside units are a duplex. Each unit has two small bedrooms with a queen bed, two sofa sleepers in the living room, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is one small bathroom per unit. There are lakeside, sliding glass doors that open to a shared patio with gas grill overlooking the dock and the lake.
