Daily Rates
Rate does not include 12% tax (7% lodging and 5% sales) on total.
Our rates are prorated so that longer stays, up to a week, are discounted.
20% of the above weekly rate for each of the first three nights.
10% of the weekly rate for each of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th nights.
For stays longer than one week, use 1/7th of the weekly rate per night.
Staying only one or two nights on a weekend is usually a premium (inquire).
Please note: Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
Offseason Rates
From May 1 to June 8 and beginning August 17 to season close, discount rates by 50%.
From June 8 to June 29 and from August 10 to August 17, discount rates by 25%.
Full room service, recreation activities, skiing, sailing, history cruise and million dollar home cruise are not always offered in the reduced rate periods.
Holiday Rates
- Flat rates on July 4th and Labor Day (inquire).
- Memorial Day- 2 night minimum
