Our 2008 season runs from May 1 to September 14. Off-season rates - From June 8 to June 27 - discount rates by 25%. Before June 8 and starting August 17 - discount rates by 50%. Full service is not always available during off-season times.

Deposits and Cancellations: The greater of 20% of the weekly rate or the first night's rent is required as a deposit on all reservations. Cancellations need to be made 30 days in advance for units that are equipped for 8 or less, or 60 days for units that are equipped for 10 or more or group reservations of four or more units. If enough notice is given for cancellations, your deposit will be fully refunded to you. If you cancel without enough notice, we will attempt to rent your unit. We may be able to refund some or all of your deposit. the more notice we receive for cancellations, the greater our opportunity to rent the room.

Check-in and Check-out times: We must insist our guests check-out and leave their room by 12 noon; however, they are welcome to enjoy our facilities throughout the day. Check-in time is after 3 pm. If you arrive early, we will try to accommodate you as soon as your room is cleaned and ready to occupy.

Taxes: Iowa sales tax of 5% and 5% hotel tax is added to the rate. The balance of your rent is due upon arrival.

We do not accept credit cards. We accept personal checks, travelers' checks, money orders, and cash.
