Cottage Colony

Our Cottage Colony is a collection of individual cottages, duplexes, and apartments located on our spacious, landscaped grounds across the street from our Main Beach. Here you will enjoy the outdoor pool, a sand volleyball court, a large picnic area, and a playground.

	Cottage 401 This cottage has one main room with a queen bed, sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette equipped with a two-burner cooktop, a half-sized refrigerator, and a deck.
	Cottage 402 This cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, as well as a sofa sleeper in the main room. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The deck overlooks the outdoor pool.
	Cottage 403 This cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living area. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The deck overlooks the outdoor pool.
	Cottage 404 This cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, as well as a sofa sleeper in the main room. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The deck overlooks the outdoor pool.
	Cottage 405 This cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living area. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The deck overlooks the outdoor pool.
	Cottage 406 This cottage has one main room with a queen bed and a kitchenette equipped with a half-sized refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop.
	Cottage 407 This cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa sleeper in the main room, and a full kitchen.
	Cottages 408 & 416 These cottages have two separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. A sofa sleeper, a queen bed, dining table, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher are in the main room. They have one bathroom and a deck with a gas grill.
	Cottage 409 This is an older, two-story house with a queen bed in a loft area and two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and two queen beds with curtain dividers in the glassed-in front porch. It has two full bathrooms, a small kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large, lakeview deck. Privacy and spaciousness are limited.
	Cottage 410 This cottage has a long double bed and a sofa sleeper in one studio room. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Sliding glass doors lead to a lakeview deck with a gas grill.
	Cottage 411 This cottage has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms - one with a whirlpool tub. In the main room, there is a fourth queen bed and two sofa sleepers. There is also a dishwasher and a lakeview deck.
	Cottages 412, 413, & 414 These cottages have a bedroom with a queen bed and a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. They also feature a two-person whirlpool tub/shower, vaulted ceilings, and a lakeview deck.
	Cottage 415 This cottage has two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each. A sofa sleeper, queen bed, dining table, and kitchen with a dishwasher are in the main room. There is one bathroom and a deck.
	Cottage 417 This cottage has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms. In the main room, there are two queen beds in the glassed-in porch area and one sofa sleeper. There is also a dishwasher and a lakeview deck.
	Cottage 418 & 419 These units are a duplex, each with two queen beds in the bedroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher in the main room. These units share a gas grill and a deck.
	Cottage 420 & 421 These units are a duplex, each with two queen beds in the bedroom. A sofa sleeper and kitchen with dishwasher are in the main room. These units share a gas grill and a deck.
	Cottage 422 This cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a living/dining room with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, a dishwasher and one bathroom. The deck has a view of the outdoor pool and picnic area.
	Cottages 423 & 424 These cottages have two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. A sofa sleeper, a queen bed, dining table, and a kitchen with dishwasher are in the main room. There is one bathroom and a deck with gas grill that overlooks the outdoor pool and picnic area.
	Cottage 425 This cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed, a living/dining room with a queen bed and sofa sleeper, a dishwasher and one bathroom. It is located on Katrina Street, behind unit 424 and has a backyard with a patio area.
	Treetop Apartments 426 & 427 Each apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. They also feature flat-screen TVs, wood or tiled floors, a breakfast nook, and a full kitchen.
	Treetop Apartment 428 This apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It also features flat-screen TVs and tile flooring.

Cottages 423 & 424 These cottages have two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. A sofa sleeper, a queen bed, dining table, and a kitchen with dishwasher are in the main room. There is one bathroom and a deck with gas grill that overlooks the outdoor pool and picnic area.

Cottage 425 This cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed, a living/dining room with a queen bed and sofa sleeper, a dishwasher and one bathroom. It is located on Katrina Street, behind unit 424 and has a backyard with a patio area.

Treetop Apartments 426 & 427 Each apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. They also feature flat-screen TVs, wood or tiled floors, a breakfast nook, and a full kitchen.
