Cottage Colony is a collection of individual cottages located on our spacious landscaped grounds across the street from Main Beach. Here you will enjoy the outdoor pool, sand volleyball on our court, and a playground.

		405 This cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull-out couch in the main room. There is a full kitchen and a tub-shower in the bathroom. You will enjoy the new deck that has been added for 2006.
		406 This rustic cottage is equipped with a queen bed and a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop. The bathroom has a tub-shower.
		407 This small and rustic cottage is equipped with a separate bedroom with queen bed and a pull-out couch in the main room. There is a tub-shower in the bathroom and a small full kitchen.
		408 & 416 These larger cottages have two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is an additional queen bed and a pull-out couch in the living-kitchen-dining area. There is a full kitchen and a tub-shower in the bathroom. Both of these cottages have decks.
		409 This large cottage is an older two-story house. Upstairs there are two queen beds in a bedroom and another queen bed in a loft area. Downstairs there are two queen beds on the enclosed porch area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a pull-out couch. This unit has a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
		410 This cottage overlooks the Main Beach, and is equipped with a double bed and a pull out couch. There is a full kitchen and a tub-shower in the bathroom. There was a deck with a gas grill added in 2003.
		411 This bright, airy cottage has had substantial improvements in 2001. This unit now has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the main room there are one queen bed and two pull-out couches.
		412, 413, & 414 These cottages have a queen bed in a separate bedroom and a queen bed and a pull-out couch in the main room. There is a whirlpool tub/shower in the bathroom and a full kitchen with a dishwasher.
		415, 423, & 424 These popular cottages have two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a queen bed and a pull-out couch in the vaulted living-kitchen-dining area. There is a full kitchen and a tub-shower in the bathroom. All these cottages have decks with a gas grill for 2006.
		417 This cottage has three separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the main room there are two queen beds and a pull-out couch. There is a full kitchen and two bathrooms.
		418 & 419 These units are a duplex. Each has two queen beds in a separate bedroom. There is a full kitchen in the main room and a tub-shower in the bathroom. These cottages have a shared deck, new for 2006.

		425 This cottage is located on Katrina Street, with its backyard connected to Cottage Colony. It has two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the main room there is a queen bed and a pull-out couch. There is a full kitchen and tub-shower in the bathroom.
		426 & 427 These treetop apartments are charming and inviting additions to our rentals for 2007. They have a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a breakfast nook, wooden and tile floors and contemporary furnishings.
		428 This treetop apartment is located in the same building as 426 & 427. This apartment is completely remodeled and is furnished in the same style as 426 & 427. This unit is a new addition to our rentals for 2008. Apartment 428 has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a living/dining/kitchen area where there is also a pull out couch. There is a tub/shower in the bathroom.
