Cottage 404 is on the upper side of the Cottage Colony and has a view of the outdoor pool. A gas grill will replace the charcoal grill in 2003.  It has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has a lavatory sink. In the vaulted main room, there is a pull-out couch and a full kitchen. This unit has a tub shower in the bathroom and an extra lavatory sink in one of the bedrooms. A new deck has been added for 2006.
