Cottage 402 is on the upper side of the Cottage Colony, and
has a view of the outdoor pool. A new gas grill will replace the charcoal
grill for 2003. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the vaulted
main room, there is a pull-out couch and a full kitchen. This unit has a
full bathroom and an extra lavatory. A new deck has been added for 2006.
